Assess students and maintain assessment records in compliance with college policies, processes and procedures. Continuously monitor and analyse studentsā performance and provide critical feedback in an objective and professional manner. Ability to relate to students in a professional manner, to create a conducive classroom environment and to ensure efficient classroom management and discipline of students. Management of studentās attendance and administration documents. Work collaboratively with student support services for student development. |

Nominees must be persons with leadership qualities; an understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and management of public budget and expenditure; and an understanding of the government priorities and SMME developmental agenda. Preference will be given to persons with a broader spectrum of competencies in the field of SMME development, business, finance, marketing, information technology, corporate governance and human resource management experience to contribute to the strategic direction of the Post School Education and Training (PSET) system. The term of office of members will be five (5) years and the CFERI Advisory Board shall meet at least four (4) times per annum. |
