Ability to teach Transport & Logistics Related subjects NCV L2-L4. Assess students and maintain assessment records in compliance with college policies, processes, and procedures. Continuously monitor and analyse students’ performance and provide critical feedback in an objective and professional manner. Ability to relate to students in a professional manner, to create a conducive classroom environment and to ensure efficient classroom management and discipline of students. Management of student’s attendance and administration of documents. Work collaboratively with student support services for student development.

DutiesEngage in learning/facilitating as per workload. Assess and record performance of students. Manage the learning program. Invigilate internal and external exams. Mark and record all students’ activities and assessments. Monitor all class activities. Organise, prepare and conduct workplace or simulated experiential learning for students. Complete the lecturer’s POA and ensure all students have POEs. Assist with student registration. Perform other relevant duties that may be delegated in the context of teaching and learning. Use technology in the delivery of teaching and learning. The incumbent should also be able to teach the following subjects: Electrical Theory, Electrical Practical and Fundamentals (NQF L2-L4).
