Goldfields TVET College has done it again, shinning its light and displaying its mettle. Our Student Debate Team proved to be the A team amongst other students who participated at the National TVET Colleges Debate competitions held in Bloemfontein during August. The team comprised of two students Ms Keneilwe Mathengtheng NCV Level 4 Marketing Student and Ms Violet Makatsa NCV Level 4 Hospitality Student.

One could tell by the mood, tone and intensity of the subjects that affect the lives of  South African youth, that only presenters who came prepared and had earnest knowledge about topics would come out victorious! The focal topic that earned Goldfields 1st position was the question that: IS SOUTH AFRICA READY FOR A FEMALE PRESIDENT?

The College Executive Management extends a warm gratitude to Ms Olga Seate Communication Lecturer and Ms Constant Lithuge Students Support Services Officer for their hard work and ensuring that their coaching and mentoring of the students brand our students and that they fly up the College Banner!
