REQUIREMENTSMatric Certificate, or N2 (minimum), or NCV L4 (minimum) Qualification, Electrician Trade Certificate (Artisan).
RECOMMENDATIONSDriver’s License, Assessor Certificate and 1-2 years relevant facilitation/ teaching experience will serve as an added advantage.
DUTIESThe successful candidates will be responsible for facilitation of Electrical trade programme including theoretical learning, preparing lessons taking into consideration the following: NQF Levels, SAQA, SETA ETQA, NAMB and QCTO prescripts and guidelines. Prepare formative and summative assessments and practical tasks. Manage student’s attendance and administration of their documents. Record and report on learners’ academic progress. Conduct workplace monitoring for all learners. Establish classroom environment which stimulates positive learning and actively engages learners in the learning process. Use a variety of strategies to meet outcomes of the roll out plan.
