| Requirements | Have an appropriate SAQA recognised qualification. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of TVET sector. Have five years’ experience in a senior position, as well as verifiable experience accompanied by a solid grounding in ethical practices with a high level of accountability. Have an appreciation of the role of the TVET Colleges in the continuous development and expansion of the TVET sector and have a clear understanding of Governments trajectory with regards to the sector as contained in the National Development Plan Vision for 2030. Contribute to the strategic direction of Goldfields TVET College by offering knowledge and experience in the strategic planning, including development and delivery of college strategy, for attainment of its short-, medium- and long-term goals. Preference will be given to people within the Free State Province. |
| Duties | Suitably qualified and interested candidates that can give expression to ensure that functions of the Council are performed according to the highest governance standards and broadly representative of the TVET sector and its related interests, are hereby invited to submit their applications in one of the following fields of expertise needed. Partnerships and linkages Legal background specializing in Human Resources. Contract Management Corporate Law. Finance Management Internal and External Audit and Risk Management experience Information Communications and Technology Qualifications with experience in online learning and 4IR related. Strategic sourcing and planning. |
