An interesting working time management system
Often, at the end of the day, we find ourselves thinking that we haven't done anything significant all day. It seems like a lot was planned, but in fact the results are not impressive. This means that our time management process requires drastic changes.
Powerful time management system
There is a 9-to-do rule that allows you to handle all the scheduled work during the day. Its essence lies in the fact that we must identify for ourselves the one most important activity that we will spend the most time on. It can be a renovation in the bedroom, for example. You also need to choose 3 things that are less important, but necessary. For example, self-washing a car, meeting with a friend, buying groceries. There is still time for 5 small things that can be done in a few hours. Cook dinner, check your mail and reply to messages, iron your clothes, read the new edition of the newspaper, and so on.
Ultimately, your time management process will look like this: 1-3-5. This will allow you to complete all the planned work, and there may still be time to rest. This time management allows you to get 9 completed cases. Having completed them, there is a feeling of complete satisfaction. You can tell yourself: "I did well!"
is an example of a system. You can adjust it to suit yourself by simply keeping the ratio of cases of varying complexity. It depends on the workload of the person and the time they spend doing certain work. The rule works very effectively because it helps to clearly prioritize.
Sometimes it happens that you wake up in the morning and realize what needs to be done. You have 4 important tasks – a, b, c, and D. At the very beginning of the day, you manage to do the first thing. You are satisfied, everything is going according to plan. Having started business "b", some kind of incomprehensible braking occurs, something does not work out, there is not enough time. You realize that you won't have time to do the rest of the work by the end of the day and take on another task. Then sometimes you try to return to the unfinished. As a result, you don't have time for anything. At the end of the day, take stock and realize that only one of the 4 scheduled tasks has been completed.
This time management system is universal. You just need to set priorities. The most important tasks should be done first, and the rest only after they are completed. You can create a 1-2-7 or 2-3-4 scheme, taking into account the workload and the amount of work expected.
At the same time, you can divide the day into time intervals. This will help you move and work faster. You know that the current task needs to be completed up to a certain point. Even if you don't have time to do it, there will be an incentive to finish as quickly as possible and start the next task in order to speed up the process and catch up with what you have lost.
Any successful person should be able to manage their time and be flexible in this matter. If you see an opportunity to do something during a break or simultaneously with another task, then you need to do so. But this should not harm the main work.
Break down a large job into small parts and take turns completing them. With each piece you make, you will gain more confidence and enthusiasm, and a desire to move forward. Making your days productive is not difficult, the main thing is to take working time management into your own hands. Daily Lotto
