| Requirements | Grade 12 or NC (V) Level 4 plus a relevant 3-year Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Teaching experience in a TVET College and/or industry experience will serve as a recommendation. Be able to teach construction planning and construction material related subjects in NCV Levels 2-4. Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet); must be registered with SACE. Competencies: Good planning and organising skills. |
| Duties | The successful candidates’ responsibilities include but not limited to lecturing National Certificate and Vocational (NCV) subjects, including tasks to be done practically. Management of students attendance and administration documents. Classroom and workshop facilitation is critical to the post. Prepare quality assessments and continuous analysing students’ performance. Ensure that all relevant ICASS/ISAT subject and assessment guidelines are implemented. Liaise with students, parents and other relevant stakeholders. Work collaboratively with student support services for student development. |
