REQUIREMENTS | REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate recognised 3-year bachelor’s degree in Education, or Diploma in Early Childhood Development, or relevant Education qualification at NQF Level 5 or higher. Must possess an Assessor Certificate and registered as a Constituent Assessor with ETDP SETA. Ability to teach/facilitate Early Childhood Development with at least 1-2 years relevant experience as an added advantage. Sound communication skills. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint) and valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage. DUTIES: Assist with the recruitment of learners, determine their training needs, manage their induction, facilitate training in the relevant field and conduct summative assessments, manage class in terms of attendance and discipline, manage all training records, assist the HODs with day-to-day training duties. Conduct learner assessments in the workplaces and/or moderation and all its related administrative and record-keeping duties.
