Human Resources Management N4

The Human Resources Management Diploma will get a learner to understand concepts such as Deciding the staffing need, Recruiting and training the best employees, Ensuring high performances of employees, Dealing with performance issues, Employee benefits and compensation, Employee records and personnel policies Time Management, Performance appraisal. This course will help a learner to understand variety of things that affect the organization such as labor issues, staff recruitment, and placement etcetera. This course consists of an N4 Certificate, N5 Certificate and N6 Certificate. After completing the N6 Certificate students need to submit proof of 18 months experience in industry/practical in order to qualify for the National N-Diploma.
