Mr. Francis Mahlangu
The College is delighted to welcome Mr. Francis Mahlangu as the new Principal who is resuming his duties as of the 1st of November 2016. Having a rich and extensive management background within the sector of Technical Vocational Education and Training. The Department of Higher Education and Training, and the College Council is confident that Mr. Mahlangu with his years and experience of expertise; also having served in various strategic positions at other TVET Colleges in the Free State and Kwazulu Natal, will unreservedly govern and determine the GOLDFIELDS TVET COLLEGE vision and mission.
Mr. Mahlangu will be delineating the optimal desired future developments for the College and providing guidance and inspiration as to what the College is focused on achieving in the near future, coupled with guiding and setting the pace for its existing operations and endeavours.
Furthermore, he will provide a good leadership in both Academic and Administrative support to assist in attracting, engaging, retaining College personnel talent; building organisational culture and the prime factor being Increasing productivity while leveraging all resources to successfully
implement the College strategic plans for the prosperity of Goldfields TVET College.
